Echat limited treats personnel as its main investment “people are our Business” The company has in place in house structured and non-Structured training programmers for staff. We also encourage our staff seeking training opportunities elsewhere for their personal skills development and empowerment.
As part of corporate social Responsibility (CSR), Echat limited spend reasonable proportion of its resources to help the community in such areas like orphans, conservations of environment, education aids, helping the deprived and unprivileged citizenly, provision of technical advices, expertise and equipment to assist public institutions while doing community projects.
